Universal High Income (UHI) Tops Trending Searches as Robinhood Chain Meme Coin Extends Its Run
Published October 24, 2026, 10:00 PM PKT. Based on CoinGecko market data on October 24, 2026 (primary source), TokenPost search-snapshot reports on October 22, 23 and 24, 2026 (secondary sources), a CryptoCompass origin report (secondary source), and the CoinMarketCap page for Universal High Income (secondary source).
Universal High Income (UHI) led CoinGecko's trending searches on October 24, 2026, trading at $0.0385, up 16.4% in 24 hours, with a market value near $39 million and $18.7 million in 24-hour trading volume, according to CoinGecko data. The coin set a record high of $0.0468 earlier on October 24, according to CoinGecko, before easing back, and it ranked first on CoinGecko's trending list ahead of Hyperliquid, Solana and Bitcoin. The ranking extends a run in which UHI topped daily search snapshots on October 21, 22 and 23, according to TokenPost, making it the most persistent trending name of the week rather than a one-day spike.
Three straight days at the top of search
UHI topped the search list at 10:05 a.m. ET on October 21, trading at $0.0223, up 16.81% in 24 hours, with a market value of $22.25 million and a market-cap rank of 798, according to TokenPost. It led again at 10:05 a.m. ET on October 22, trading at $0.0319, up 45.11% in 24 hours, with a market value of $31.9 million, according to TokenPost. It led a third time in the snapshot taken at 10:06 a.m. ET on October 23, trading at $0.0370, with a market value of $37.04 million, according to TokenPost, which also noted that UHI had led the previous day's snapshot. Search rankings capture attention at a given moment, according to TokenPost, and they are not an endorsement or a recommendation.
The price path behind those snapshots shows how fast the move has been. From $0.0223 on October 21 to $0.0385 on October 24, UHI has gained about 73% in three days, according to CoinGecko and TokenPost figures, and its market value has grown from $22.25 million to about $39 million in the same span. The 24-hour trading range on October 24 ran from $0.0223 to $0.0465, according to CoinGecko, a spread of more than double from low to high, and the $18.7 million in daily volume equals roughly half of the coin's entire market value changing hands in a single day.
Born on October 19 from a Musk phrase
UHI is a meme coin built around Elon Musk's phrase "universal high income," his correction of the older "universal basic income" idea, according to CryptoCompass. The project's own pitch asks what happens when AI and robots do the work and people finally have time to enjoy their lives, according to its CoinGecko description. Its website, universalhighincomerh.com, leaned into the joke with the tagline that the beginning of universal basic income is here, according to CryptoCompass, and the coin is explicitly not an official anything, according to the same report.
The trading history is only five days old. The primary Uniswap V4 pair on Robinhood Chain was created on the morning of October 19, 2026, at about 8:18 a.m. ET, according to CryptoCompass, and early volume was already measured in millions of dollars within the first day. Trackers and aggregators picked up the Robinhood Chain contract over the following days, according to CryptoCompass, and CoinGecko now lists it under the identifier universal-high-income-2, while CoinMarketCap lists the contract address as 0xE01aDA02FB4d1951cDb8cBb761d509db2FF02C94 on Robinhood Chain. That contract discipline matters because copycat tokens reuse the same name and ticker on other chains, according to CryptoCompass, and a separate Solana token with the same name is an entirely different asset.
What the project is, and is not
UHI is run by an anonymous community team, according to its CoinMarketCap page, which names no founders and discloses no outside backers or investors. The page states that the token has no utility, makes no promise of income, yield or payments, and has no third-party security audit, according to CoinMarketCap. Its launch liquidity position, a Uniswap V4 positions NFT, was sent to the burn address, according to the same page, a step meme coin launches use to show the initial liquidity cannot be withdrawn by the deployer. None of that makes the token safe, and none of it is a product roadmap: there is no announced product, revenue or user base behind the price move, only attention and trading.
The risk in the numbers
The same figures that explain the rally also describe the risk. A coin that trades from $0.0223 to $0.0465 inside a single day can retrace just as fast, and a daily volume equal to half its market value means the price is set by fast-moving traders, not by long-term holders. Meme coins are highly volatile and can lose most or all of their value, according to the CoinMarketCap page, and UHI's own listing carries that warning. Readers checking the coin should verify the Robinhood Chain contract address, 0xE01aDA02FB4d1951cDb8cBb761d509db2FF02C94, rather than trusting the ticker alone, because the Solana token sharing its name trades separately and has drawn its own elevated-risk flag from on-chain analysts.
