Akedo (AKE) Drops 32% as Trending Sell-Off Extends Slide From September Peak

Editorial digital-art illustration in the CoinTelegraph style: a small AI gaming token coin tumbling down a steep red cliff chart into a dark valley, a glowing game-controller-shaped robot figure watching from the cliff edge, silhouetted traders below catching falling coins, scattered arcade game tokens and broken pixel blocks, deep navy night palette with gold and red highlights, cinematic painterly lighting, dramatic 16:9 composition, no text, no logos, no identifiable person.

Published November 2, 2026, 10:05 AM PKT. Based on CoinGecko trending data captured at 04:51 UTC on November 2, 2026, CoinGecko coin-page data for Akedo, a November 2, 2026 sector snapshot from SoSoValue as reported by Odaily and KuCoin, CoinGabbar's October 31, 2026 market report, Coincu's October 25, 2026 analysis, and MABOnChain's October 23, 2026 Akedo report.

Akedo (AKE) is falling fast again, and this time there is no unlock to blame it on. The AI gaming token traded at about $0.0065 on November 2, 2026, down 32.22% in 24 hours, according to CoinGecko trending data captured at 04:51 UTC, which also put AKE back on CoinGecko's trending list. The same snapshot put AKE's market value at about $145.2 million, with about $8.9 million of 24-hour trading volume in that snapshot. The drop is the sharpest single-day move among the trending coins in that snapshot, and it lands in a market that was otherwise mixed: Bitcoin and Ether each rose about 1% in the same November 2 sector snapshot, according to SoSoValue data reported by Odaily and KuCoin, while the AI sector fell 1.61%.

The drop in numbers: 32% in a day, 95% from the peak

The scale of the slide depends on the window, and the windows tell the same story in different sizes. CoinGecko's trending snapshot shows a 32.22% fall in 24 hours to about $0.0065. SoSoValue's November 2 sector snapshot, published by KuCoin at 02:34 UTC on November 2, shows AKE down 22.42% in its own measurement window, against a 1.61% fall for the AI sector as a whole. The two percentages differ because they cover different windows and different data cuts, not because one is wrong, and the gap itself is informative: AKE fell far harder than its sector in both readings. Stretch the window further and the damage grows. CoinGabbar's October 31 market report put AKE at $0.01283, down 38.6% that day and already the day's sharpest loser, so the November 2 level of about $0.0065 is roughly half the October 31 level. Against CoinGecko's all-time high of about $0.1467, set on September 20, 2026, the November 2 price sits about 95.3% below the peak, according to CoinGecko's coin page.

The October reversal: from a 59% unlock surge to a halved price

The current slide reverses a surge MABOnChain reported just ten days ago. On October 23, 2026, AKE jumped about 59% in 24 hours to about $0.035, according to CoinGecko data cited in that report, just two days after a scheduled unlock released 2.108 billion AKE to investors, early participants and community holders. That unlock, worth roughly $62 million to $68 million depending on the price used, was the largest single token unlock of that week, and the two previous monthly unlocks had been followed by sharp pullbacks. This time buyers absorbed the new supply and the price rebounded about 56% from its October 22 low near $0.0224. The November 2 price of about $0.0065 sits about 81% below that October 23 level of about $0.035. In other words, the token has given back the entire unlock surge and most of what came before it, in about ten days, with no new unlock in between to explain the turn.

No confirmed catalyst in today's reporting

Nothing in the reporting reviewed for this article ties the November 2 drop to a new Akedo announcement, product change, listing, or unlock. The November 2 sector snapshot frames AKE as the weakest name inside a falling AI sector, not as a token reacting to its own news, and no project statement about the drop was found in the sources reviewed. That absence matters because AKE has a history of sharp moves without a clean explanation. Coincu's October 25, 2026 analysis, written when AKE traded at about $0.0308 after a 17.33% daily fall, said its research brief contained no verified project-specific announcement, token unlock event, or official communication timed to that move. The same analysis flagged structural features that make sharp moves more likely: it said on-chain data flagged 94.6% of AKE transfer volume as wash trading, and that the top 100 wallets controlled 98.82% of supply. Those are Coincu's claims from October 25, not figures MABOnChain has independently verified, and they describe market structure, not a proven cause of today's fall. Akedo itself, according to CoinGecko's project description, is a multi-agent AI framework built for autonomous content creation that lets creators design games in about two minutes using simple natural-language prompts, running on BNB Chain. No new product or partnership announcement from the project appears in the November 2 reporting reviewed.

What to watch next

Three markers decide whether this is a washout or the start of a longer grind lower. The first is whether AKE holds near the $0.0065 level or breaks toward its July 2026 low region: CoinGecko puts the token's all-time low at about $0.000174, set on July 10, 2026, a long way below current prices, so there is no nearby historical floor in the data to lean on. The second is volume: the trending snapshot's $8.9 million of 24-hour volume is thin next to a $145.2 million market value, and thin volume cuts both ways, letting modest selling move the price a long way and letting a modest buying wave reverse it just as fast. The third is any statement from the Akedo project itself: until the team addresses the slide, traders are left with sector data and price action alone, and the October pattern, a 59% surge followed by an 81% round trip in ten days, is a warning against reading any single day's move as a trend. The token's next scheduled unlocks, and whether buyers absorb them the way they absorbed the October 21 release, will test whether October 23 was absorption or just a pause in selling.
